An employee engagement campaign to increase pride amongst
employees of the global industrial software company
 Aveva.
My role
Concept developer and graphic designer.

The problem
The organisation is not as well known as some as some other software companies but has done some amazing work, such as designing software that enables the building of the Sydney opera house example. The company wanted to bestow more pride among its staff to help motivate, aid recruitment and also increase employee retainment.
The Solution
The 'I am' campaign. Working with the shape of the logo to incorporate an 'I am' triangle which has the versatility to be used in many different ways. Helping inform staff, that no matter their role, they are part of something that is achieving big things. As well as 'I am Aveva' this then gets expanding on to messaging such as 'I am exploring horizons' and 'I am always learning' for example. Working alongside industry stories and company news.
